Basic Rules

When making an RP character you should have at least the following in mind

Name: (Your character's name)
Appearance: (Clothes color/style, Hair color/style, visible things, etc.
Eye color: (Red, yellow, purple, green, big and grey, etc.)
Unique FeaturesL (Things that help distinguish your character e.g. Tattoos, markings, etc.)

History: (What's happened to your character so far)

Not everyone will be allowed a Kekkei Genkai. How this will be decided is still up for debate but a few suggestions could be something like this.

You can only get a Kekkei Genkai if you reach a certain rank, and create a new character back at Academy Student rank.

Chance; Either once every time you make a new character there will be a small chance for you to be allowed a Kekkai Genkai. Something like a 1 in 10 chance for a custom. 1 in 8 for a rare one or 1 in 6 for a fairly common one.

And if there are certain branches of it (E.G. Hyuuga) there may be a 1 in a certain number chance of being in one of them. Such as 1 in 3 chance of being a Hyuuga main branch member if you're allowed a Kekkai Genkai.

If you submit an idea for a Kekkei Genkai to us your chances to get it may change depending on certain prospects.

1. How many people are able to use it. E.G. If you're the only one left of the clan (No one else other than your children have a chance to get it) You're chances will be very slim.

2. How powerful it is; You have a harder chance to get a Kekkei Genkai if it's incredibly powerful than if it's a small change.
